IAM members working as executive assistants at the Air Canada Component of CUPE ratified their new agreement with 100% support.

The new agreement comes with many improvements including benefit changes and the recognition of remote working arrangements. This strong package includes a 23% increase to compensation levels over three years.

General Chairperson Dan Janssen stated; “Our members were critical to the success of the Air Canada Component of CUPE during their recent round of negotiations for the flight attendants. This agreement and the wage increases we achieved directly reflect the positive contribution of our membership”
