Over two days, IAM stewards from Swissport, Strategic Aviation, and SkyCafe came together for basic steward training at the Ottawa Airport.
Our newest Local 2413 stewards were fully engaged, eager to learn, and left feeling empowered with the knowledge and tools they need to support their coworkers.
