IAM District 140 proudly provided food support to the Christmas Cheer Board in Winnipeg. IAM General Chairperson, Christopher Greniuk, organized the initiative, helping ensure that families in need receive meaningful assistance during the holiday season.

The first day focused on a productive meeting with the Local 32 executive, providing an opportunity to discuss priorities, challenges, and initiatives. The second day was spent at the facility, touring hangars and workshops and engaging directly with members to see their work firsthand.
The visit offered a deeper appreciation for the skill, dedication, and professionalism members bring to their roles every day, as well as the vital contribution they make in ensuring operations run safely and efficiently.
La première journée a été consacrée à une rencontre productive avec le conseil exécutif de la Section locale 32, offrant l’occasion de discuter des priorités, des défis et des initiatives. La deuxième journée s’est déroulée sur le site, avec des visites des hangars et ateliers et des échanges directs avec les membres pour découvrir leur travail de près.

Brother Dan Janssen visited the Coldwater Food Bank to deliver $250 worth of food items on behalf of IAM District 140.
In addition to the District’s contribution, Janssen made a personal donation of $250, doubling the impact and helping even more families in need.
The food bank’s volunteers were deeply appreciative and expressed their sincere gratitude to IAM District 140 for the generous support and ongoing commitment to the community.
