On the shop floor: Dave, Chris and Jeremy engaged directly with members, staff, stewards and Health &amp; Safety representatives, listening carefully to local concerns and answering questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the visit, Flowers emphasized on the critical need for solidarity ahead of upcoming contract negotiations and invited members to raise any issue affecting their base.
