The Employee Assistance Program, (EAP) is a joint effort by Air Canada and its unions to provide assistance to its employees.

This program is available to all IAM&AW Air Canada employees and their families for assistance in resolving personal difficulties on a strictly voluntary basis through the services of professionals.

Air Canada and its Labor Unions signed a joint declaration of support for the Employee Assistance Program. The E.A.P. is a confidential service to assist employees and their families who are facing personal problems.

 

Aeroguard Bargaining Committee

The newly elected IAM Negotiating Committee representing employees of Aeroguard at the Vancouver International Airport held their negotiation preparation training classes during the week of May 22-28 at the W 3 Training Center.
